Terms of Service for WorkAudit

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WorkAudit’s website, intake forms, reports, and related services.
By using WorkAudit, you agree to these Terms.
1. What WorkAudit does
WorkAudit provides automated AI-based business workflow audits and related reports. Our service is designed to help business owners identify AI tools, workflow improvements, and implementation ideas.
WorkAudit is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisor, medical provider, or licensed consultant unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Who may use the service
You may use WorkAudit only if:
you are legally able to enter into a contract
the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
you are using the service for a legitimate business purpose
3. Your account and information
You are responsible for:
providing accurate information
keeping your email access secure
reviewing your report carefully
deciding whether to act on any recommendation
You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading information.
4. Payments
Some WorkAudit services require payment.
By purchasing, you agree that:
prices are shown before checkout
payment is handled by Stripe or another payment provider
you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide
taxes may be added where required by law
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
5. Deliverables and timing
For paid reports, we aim to deliver the report within 24 hours after we receive the needed intake information and payment, unless otherwise stated.
Delays may happen if:
we need more information from you
there is a technical issue
a third-party service is unavailable
fraud or abuse review is needed
6. Refunds
Refunds, if available, are handled according to our refund policy or the policy shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, once work has started on a custom report, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

7. No professional advice
WorkAudit provides informational and operational recommendations only.
Our reports are not:
legal advice
tax advice
accounting advice
medical advice
financial advice
guaranteed business results
You are responsible for deciding whether to use any recommendation and for consulting appropriate professionals where needed.
8. Third-party tools and services
Our reports may mention or recommend third-party tools, software, or services.
We are not responsible for:
the availability of third-party tools
third-party pricing changes
third-party outages
third-party terms, privacy policies, or performance
If you choose to use a third-party tool, you do so under that provider’s own terms.
9. Affiliate disclosures
Some recommendations may include affiliate or referral relationships. If so, we aim to disclose that clearly.
These relationships do not mean we guarantee a tool is right for your business.
10. Intellectual property
WorkAudit owns the website, branding, templates, systems, and original content we create.
After payment, you may use your report for your own business internal purposes. You may not resell, copy, or publicly distribute our materials without permission, except where allowed by law or by separate written agreement.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
misuse the service
attempt to access systems without permission
copy or scrape our content at scale
interfere with our operations
use the service for fraud or unlawful activity
12. Service changes and termination
We may update, change, suspend, or stop parts of the service at any time.
We may also refuse service or close access if we believe a user is abusing the service, providing false information, or violating these Terms.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WorkAudit is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not promise that:
the service will always be available
every recommendation will be perfect
every recommendation will save you money or time
third-party tools will work exactly as expected
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WorkAudit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WorkAudit harmless from claims arising out of:
your misuse of the service
your violation of these Terms
your violation of applicable law
your reliance on third-party tools or decisions you make independently
